Should healthcare for pregnant women be free?

Nowadays there are several good programs for pregnant women. If you do not have health insurance and you are pregnant you can get pregnancy medicaid. Some people might think it is wrong for these women to get free health insurance while they are pregnant. I think it would be unethical to not provide free health care to pregnant women. Going to a doctor's regularly is important while pregnant, and just because the mom cannot afford insurance does not mean the innocent life should also have to suffer. Therefore, how could health insurance not be offered to a pregnant woman? It is arrogant for people to be upset for pregnant women to get free care. Human beings have become so selfish. Instead of making everything about money, we should care about other people.
